Effective date: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 2, 2026

The essentials: Evaro processes camera frames and movement information on your device. We do not record or upload exercise videos. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information to manage your membership. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.

1. About this policy

Evaro is provided by Chase Kunz, doing business as Kunz Dev Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes information handled by the Evaro iOS app, its pages on kunzdevstudio.com, and our support service. You do not need to create an Evaro account.

2. Information processed on your device

Camera and body movement

With camera permission, Evaro analyzes live camera frames using Apple’s on-device Vision framework to estimate body positions, count repetitions, time exercises, and provide movement guidance. Frames and pose estimates are processed in memory during the session. Evaro does not record exercise video, save camera images, upload frames or body-pose data, or use them to identify you. Completed exercise results, such as exercise type, repetitions, duration, and earned rewards, may be saved locally.

Apple Health and Motion & Fitness

With your permission, Evaro reads step counts through HealthKit and uses your device’s pedometer through Motion & Fitness to measure step-challenge progress. Evaro does not write health data to Apple Health. Step information is used to run challenges and calculate rewards on your device; it is not sent to us or RevenueCat. We do not use HealthKit or motion data for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or tracking.

Screen Time

With Screen Time authorization, Evaro uses Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to apply your selected limits and display activity reports. Selections are represented by privacy-preserving tokens. Schedules, selected tokens, and temporary-access settings are stored locally and shared with Evaro’s on-device extensions so they can enforce your preferences. Detailed usage reports are rendered within Apple’s Device Activity report extension; Evaro does not upload your app selections, browsing activity, or Screen Time history to our servers or RevenueCat.

Preferences and progress

Evaro stores settings, onboarding choices, goals, workout summaries, coins, reward transactions, streaks, achievements, and schedule information locally. Evaro does not provide an account-based cloud backup or cross-device sync for this progress. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data depending on your settings; those backups are governed by Apple’s policies.

3. Membership and purchase information

Apple processes App Store payments. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, manage subscription entitlements, prevent purchase fraud, and understand subscription performance. Information processed by RevenueCat can include an automatically generated app-user identifier, purchase receipts or transaction identifiers, products purchased, purchase and expiration dates, subscription status, app activity timestamps, and technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, locale, and currency.

Evaro uses RevenueCat’s anonymous identifier rather than an account login, and does not send your name, email address, health information, camera data, or Screen Time reports to RevenueCat. An anonymous identifier still distinguishes an app installation or purchase history; it does not mean that no data is processed. We can access subscription records and reporting through RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment-card details.

Read RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy for information about their services.

4. Support messages and this website

If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you provide. We use them to respond and troubleshoot. Please send only information needed for your request; we do not need exercise videos, health records, passwords, or payment-card details.

The Evaro website uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and Google Fonts for typography. These providers receive ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to provide their services. The Evaro pages do not include advertising pixels or our own analytics cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ policies.

5. How we use and share information

We use information to provide the features you request, maintain membership access, respond to support, secure our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app advertising. Evaro does not include third-party advertising or request an advertising identifier.

Service providers process information as needed for subscriptions, hosting, and email support. We require providers processing personal information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. We may disclose information we hold if legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections. These disclosures do not give us access to camera, Health, or Screen Time information that remains on your device.

We operate in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

6. Retention and deletion

Camera frames and body-pose estimates are not retained after their live processing. Local preferences and progress remain until removed from your device. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading it may keep that data. Device backups and information held by Apple are controlled separately. Deleting Evaro does not delete your Apple Health records or cancel an Apple subscription.

Purchase records may remain with Apple and RevenueCat for subscription management, restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. Hosting and security logs follow the provider’s retention practices.

You can request deletion of information we hold by emailing [email protected]. We may ask for limited information to verify your request or locate a subscription record. We will delete eligible information, ask our processors to do the same where applicable, and explain any information that must be retained. We cannot retrieve or erase local-only information remotely.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can change camera, Motion & Fitness, Health, and Screen Time permissions in the relevant iOS Settings or Health controls. Withdrawing permission stops future access, but does not automatically erase previously saved local progress. Features that depend on a permission will be unavailable without it. You can manage or cancel billing through your Apple subscriptions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise applicable rights, contact us at the email below. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your permission for optional device access, performance of our agreement for membership and support, legitimate interests for security and service administration, and compliance with legal obligations where necessary.

8. Children’s privacy

Evaro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Evaro changes. We will post the revised policy here with an updated date and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
